The well established Vale Engineering (York) Ltd, producing municipal weed control systems and winter maintenance equipment has appointed a full time sales and marketing executive to help further grow the business.
The team has been joined by Dan Ward. Up until January 2019, Dan has first-hand experience within the Agricultural sector, consultancy management, and expertise knowledge/understanding of customer care, as well as working in the automotive sales environment.
Dan’s passion for agriculture was first realised when he was introduced to the family farm in his younger days. Dan studied agriculture at Bishop Burton College near Beverley. Eager to learn more, he declined to go back to the family farm. Dan has worked within management consultancy, where he has developed his knowledge and skills within a number of different sectors and clients. He is a great addition to the team, and very customer focused.
Dan is excited to join the team, as this is a new challenging direction, with a brand that has a strong presence in the market place, and potential for growth. Dan commented “Vale is a diverse family business, with truly great potential. The product range is unique, operator friendly, and British built.
